Motorcycle Head On Collision

Our client was traveling on his Suzuki motorcycle when the defendant, traveling in the opposite direction, veered over the centerline and caused a head-on collision.  Our client was thrown off of the road and crashed through a fence in front of a restaurant.  This accident resulted in a fractured arm, dislocated elbow and wrist and an injury to his left leg which led to an amputation.  We were able to obtain a six-figure recovery for this client.
